📋 Description

• Participate in all aspects of the product design process, including framing problems, design research, conceptualization, prototyping, future-direction envisioning, high-resolution designs, and workflow creation • Drive meaningful product outcomes with Product and Engineering peers • Collaborate and communicate design across multiple organizational functions • Influence stakeholders and build consensus while handling ambiguity • Apply systems thinking to improve the whole user ecosystem and end-to-end user flow • Advocate for and apply human-centered design practices within the product squad • Create product and service experiences for candidates, staffing professionals, and clients • Collaborate with product management, engineering, peers, and user researchers

🎯 Requirements

• High degree of craft in user research, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design • Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD • Ability to create innovative end-to-end experiences across web and mobile grounded in human insight, data, and business goals • Experience using analytics and user research to make decisions and iterate on products • Experience working with or maintaining design systems • Experience working with distributed teams • Experience working with product management and engineering teams • Experience leading or facilitating workshops, design sprints, and design studios • Ability to collaborate with product owners, engineers, and user research • Background check required as a condition of employment • Western time zone is a plus
