📋 Description

• Support the comprehensive global strategy for the AXELIOS 1 Platform • Define and direct short-term execution and long-term vision for the AXELIOS 1 Platform • Gather, refine, and prioritize core product requirements across customer segments • Establish operational frameworks for new product introductions, on-market portfolio maintenance, and end-of-life obsolescence strategies • Lead business case evaluations, business reviews, and demand forecasting for instruments and consumables • Design and implement global training frameworks, field guides, and sales tools • Partner with international affiliates and downstream marketing to localize messaging, pricing structures, and promotional calendars • Track emerging NGS methodologies, vendor landscapes, and competitive benchmarks • Synthesize field intelligence and customer insights to refine product messaging, drive platform adoption, and enhance product lifecycles • Collaborate with R&D, Bioinformatics, Software, Finance, and Operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Science, Business or related technical discipline • 1–2 years of product management experience in life sciences, diagnostic and/or pharmaceutical industry • Next-generation sequencing experience is a plus • Experience with product lifecycle management, including new product development, on-market operational support, and product obsolescence strategy • Capability to communicate effectively across different levels • Proven capability in designing and delivering formal presentations • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Proven ability to proactively co-create solutions with key stakeholders
