📋 Description

• Own full-stack features from problem definition through design, implementation, release, measurement, and iteration • Design and implement scalable front-end solutions using Next.js or React with a NestJS GraphQL integration layer • Design and implement scalable back-end solutions using .NET / C# and NestJS GraphQL • Architect, deploy, and operate applications on AWS and Amazon EKS through CI/CD pipelines • Use AI tools and agentic development workflows across design, coding, testing, debugging, reviewing, and software delivery • Partner with product, design, data, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous needs into technical solutions • Contribute to architecture and technical strategy decisions • Collaborate across distributed development teams, including partners in India • Mentor developers and improve team engineering workflows • Participate in an on-call rotation, including possible nights and weekends, to support production systems and service reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience • Strong experience building production full-stack software across front end and back end • Hands-on experience with Next.js or React and a NestJS GraphQL integration layer • Hands-on experience with .NET / C# and NestJS GraphQL • Experience designing, deploying, and operating applications on AWS with Amazon EKS / Kubernetes • Strong understanding of software design, system architecture, testing, observability, and maintainability • Ability to solve ambiguous problems and collaborate effectively across teams • Strong hands-on usage of AI tools in professional software development workflows • Experience with AI coding agents, AI-assisted reviews, prompt-driven development, or multi-agent workflows • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and production operations • Experience delivering features in greenfield, early-stage, or rapidly evolving product environments • Experience in fintech, financial services, or mortgage servicing • Ability to mentor engineers and influence engineering practices
