• Manage commercial relationships with industrial clients across Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia, understanding their business goals and specific needs. • Identify business opportunities and develop value-added proposals that support client objectives. • Serve as a liaison between clients and various technical and commercial teams within the company, both locally and internationally. • Plan and execute regular client visits within Uruguay as well as in Paraguay and Bolivia. • Achieve sales targets and report progress to the regional team.
• Residency in Montevideo (mandatory). • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in similar roles within industrial or automation sectors. • Self-driven and proactive profile, with strong time management skills and a results-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in English (spoken and written). • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time) within Uruguay and to Paraguay and Bolivia.
