📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Roo contact for veterinarians • Act as the first point of contact when issues arise • Advocate for veterinarians in decisions affecting them • Identify risks before they lead to churn • Grow revenue through account management • Build genuine relationships with veterinary professionals • Analyze booking data, engagement signals, and CRM insights to understand each veterinarian’s needs • Prioritize weekly activities based on account data • Represent Roo at veterinary events, community programming, and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in a CT, PST, or MT timezone • Ability to build and maintain relationships with veterinary professionals • Ability to use booking data, engagement signals, and CRM insights to manage accounts • Data-informed approach to prioritizing work and identifying risks • Willingness to represent Roo at vet events, community programming, and conferences • Alignment with Roo’s core values: Bias to Urgency, Drive Measurable Impact, Seek Understanding, Solve Customer Problems, and Have Fun
