📋 Description

• Architect optimization analyses and forecasts for Growth, Strategy, Revenue, Marketing, and Product teams • Partner with executive leadership to translate complex analysis into actionable decisions and process changes • Design counterfactual analyses and A/B tests for UX, product features, and customer experience • Build data apps that automate and improve sales and marketing processes • Own projects end-to-end from framing business questions through shipping models and presenting recommendations • Work with the semantic layer and DBT models powering the AI-driven analytics stack • Create reusable data science frameworks, templates, and guides

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data science in a fast-moving business setting • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, DBT, and BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, Metabase, Omni, or similar • Strong SQL and statistical modeling skills • Experience building forecasting and causal inference models • Love of documentation and Git • Appreciation for scalable data models and shared semantic layers • Ability to manage projects across cross-functional stakeholder groups with minimal oversight • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to collaborate through brainstorming, peer reviews, and pressure-testing ideas
