📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management for BI implementations, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to project delivery and post-launch support. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all resources are allocated effectively and milestones are met. • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project progress, challenges, and outcomes. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Work closely with internal teams, including solution architects, data engineers, analysts, and developers, to ensure seamless execution of project tasks. • Identify potential project risks and challenges, proactively developing mitigation plans to ensure project success. • Track project financials, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and scope, and identify opportunities for cost optimization. • Monitor project expenses, timesheets, and billing to ensure alignment with contractual agreements and client budgets. • Proactively leads resource capacity planning by forecasting team needs, balancing workloads, and aligning available resources to ensure efficient project execution and on-time delivery. • Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices, processes, and methodologies for managing BI projects.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years’ experience leading complex Business Intelligence (BI) solutions implementations, ideally within a professional services firm or BI SaaS company. • 3+ years’ experience implementing and managing Jira environments. Jira certification is preferred. • A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous • Scrum Master certification preferred
