📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue, profit, and expense objectives • Develop and implement sales strategies and annual regional business plans • Monitor sales performance and provide guidance, training, and support to sales representatives • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities • Manage recruiting, hiring, training, performance appraisal, rewards, discipline, complaints, and problem resolution • Use consultative selling and account, industry, market, pricing, and competitive knowledge • Maintain accurate forecasting, sales, prospecting, presentation, closed-sale, and follow-up records • Submit required reports to upper management and corporate • Develop multi-level account relationships and influence decision-makers • Maintain client contact to ensure customer satisfaction • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses • Assist with implementing new products and services for clients • Collaborate with direct team members and support departments • Monitor account, marketplace, competition, and industry changes • Participate in professional development and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred • 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, or in relevant sales and sales management work • Typically 4–6 years of sales management experience • Very good understanding of sales and sales management principles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Successful selling abilities, including cold calling • Strong product and service knowledge related to the printing industry • Good analytical ability for customer needs analyses, recommendations, objection handling, and solution creation • Ingenuity, resourcefulness, and creativity • Ability to prioritize and plan work, use time efficiently, set goals and objectives, and create realistic action plans • Ability to take independent actions and calculated risks and identify opportunities • Ability to lead and create an atmosphere where others perform optimally • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and business ethics • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google platforms, and Salesforce
