📋 Description

• Lead investigations into potential violations of laws and/or policies related to international trade • Analyze allegations and investigation findings to determine regulatory obligations and other external reporting requirements, and prepare disclosures and reports for government agencies and/or internal stakeholders • Collaborate with members of the Global Compliance team and business stakeholders to provide investigation status updates and report on trends, compliance risks, and corrective actions • Contribute to the development, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of policies, standard procedures, and processes related to investigations and disclosures • Continuously strengthen the RTX "Speak Up" culture and maintain heightened vigilance regarding the Code of Ethics, acting with integrity at all times.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in international trade • Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar (Barreau du Québec) • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. export controls and sanctions regulations • Prior experience conducting witness interviews and drafting disclosures for regulatory agencies • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision and to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously • Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment is an asset but not required • Strong English skills for reading and understanding technical documentation
