📋 Description

• Investigate suspected violations of U.S. and non-U.S. export control laws and regulations. • Draft disclosures to U.S. and non-U.S. government agencies regarding violations of export control laws. • Manage and oversee an active investigative caseload using RTX’s matter management tool. • Work collaboratively with members of Collins Aerospace’s broader Global Trade team to identify the root causes of regulatory and policy violations and to develop robust corrective actions. • Brief Corporate and Collins Aerospace leadership on the status of ongoing global trade investigations. • Document the closure of matters that do not give rise to a reasonable suspicion of a regulatory violation. • Respond to governmental inquiries and data requests. • Assist in the development, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Collins Aerospace and RTX policies, standard work, and processes for global trade compliance. • Audit and assess employee compliance with company policies and government regulations. • Train and counsel employees on regulatory and policy requirements. • Perform data searches within company systems, pull reports, and analyze data and trends to identify compliance weaknesses and craft actionable improvement steps. • Manage discrete projects, some of which will require oversight and management of members of the Central GT I&D Team.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience • Minimum of 10 years of legal experience in Global Trade • In-depth knowledge of the EAR and ITAR • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Proven project and team management skills
