📋 Description

• Design and implement technical and functional solutions for migration and integration of Quality Management Systems with enterprise applications • Work with business stakeholders to define process enhancements and document requirements • Ensure alignment on vision, scope, schedule, and budget • Lead and support projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies • Manage decisions, risks, actions, and dependencies • Follow gated approval and sign-off processes for project delivery • Manage third-party suppliers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Pratt & Whitney and other RTX business units • Drive continuous improvement to enhance application performance, quality, and reliability • Ensure production applications meet service-level expectations • Attend and participate in work group meetings, teleconferences, and training • Optimize efficiency and reduce waste using value stream mapping, SIPOCs, and Control Towers • Support other duties or functions based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience • 5+ years in customer-facing roles, including requirements gathering, solution design, and project delivery in fast-paced environments • Proficiency with SAP Quality Management (ECC and S/4HANA), including configuration and integration with related modules like Material Master, Production Planning, and Manufacturing Execution Systems • Proven experience creating detailed functional and technical specifications • Hands-on experience navigating complex SAP landscapes • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners • Ability to understand and interpret diverse business processes • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and adapt to dynamic business environments • Ability to travel based on business needs within North America, 50% of the time • Successful completion of a criminal background check and applicable controlled-goods clearances • Preferred: Experience with Octave Reliance (ETQ), Net-Inspect, Solumina, Team Center, ServiceNow, Confluence, and/or Jira • Preferred: Experience with SAP integration across SD, MM, PP, and PM • Preferred: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects • Preferred: Knowledge of QM processes including inspection plans, quality notifications, results recording, and batch management • Preferred: Understanding of SAP Fiori apps within QM processes • Preferred: Experience with SAP QIM or SAP EHS modules • Preferred: Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies • Preferred: SAP ABAP debugging or collaboration with developers on technical specifications • Preferred: Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards • Preferred: Cross-system SAP and third-party quality-management-tool integration • Preferred: SAP Solution Manager • Preferred: Certifications in SAP QM or related modules • Preferred: SAP QM data migration tools and methodologies
