📋 Description

• Ensure the quality and reliability of TELUS Health technology solutions within an Agile development environment • Communicate with Functional Leads, Business Analysts, Solution Designers, and Developers to understand testing scope • Analyze technical documents to identify high-level test scenarios and develop comprehensive test cases • Create positive and negative test cases with expected results and test data • Maintain and update test suites based on new or changed functionality • Prioritize and execute manual test scripts • Report defects, follow up on resolutions, and perform retesting • Report testing progress and raise risks to deadlines or quality with QA Leads • Support and peer-review tasks of other QA resources, particularly less experienced team members • Provide client support and training when required • Deliver QA-related tasks according to defined standards and procedures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies on stable, long-term healthcare technology projects • Contribute to the full software testing lifecycle and mentor junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency (English and French) with excellent written and oral communication skills • University degree in computer science, mathematics, or related discipline • Minimum 2 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills • Ability to understand external customer requirements from a testing perspective • Curious, disciplined, and creative approach to problem-solving • Ability to approach problems in a structured manner using concepts and data • Clear and constructive communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to think from users' perspective • Commitment to learning and professional growth • Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environment • Availability to travel within Canada • Experience in pension plan administration or financial services industry is an asset • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking is an asset • Experience with Selenium and Java is an asset • Intermediate knowledge of English is required for interactions with external and internal parties and English-only IT tools • Applicants may be subject to Personnel Security Screening conducted through the Government of Canada if job functions require data center access or detailed technology knowledge related to client service delivery
