📋 Description

• Own and develop enterprise strategy, target-state architectures, and 3–5-year modernization roadmaps across applications, data/analytics, integration/API, cloud/platform, and business architecture • Translate functional and business strategies into operational architecture plans for ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, Contract Lifecycle Management, Customer Data Platform, and related systems • Guide cross-functional transformation initiatives aligned with long-term enterprise technology direction • Define and implement enterprise architecture methodologies, standards, and patterns • Contribute to Architecture Review Board governance for technology selection, API standards, cloud patterns, domain models, and compliance • Promote API-first, event-driven, and cloud-native architecture patterns and define secure, scalable, high-throughput integration frameworks • Support enterprise data architecture, ontologies, semantic models, knowledge graphs, and standardized data structures • Mentor architects and lead communities of practice • Champion product-centric and platform-engineering operating models • Solve complex enterprise-wide architecture challenges through investigation, root-cause analysis, and tradeoff evaluation • Brief and advise executive leadership on architecture decisions, investments, risks, standards, and transformation strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems and 10+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years as a senior solution architect or enterprise architect; OR advanced degree with 7+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years in architecture leadership • Demonstrated experience creating long-term enterprise architecture roadmaps and leading large-scale digital transformation programs • Knowledge of digital engineering, including MBSE, MBD, MBDMI, model-based services, and MRO • Experience implementing global architecture processes, governance, and standards • Deep expertise in modern architecture frameworks, cloud-native designs, and product-aligned delivery and operating models • Strong experience in API governance, integration design patterns, and enterprise interoperability • Ability to provide strategic technical leadership and lead by influence in a virtual environment • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Very good command of English for daily technical documentation and communication with customers, suppliers, and international colleagues • Criminal background check and applicable controlled-goods clearances required • Preferred: effectiveness in complex, service-intensive, deadline-driven environments; relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, Agile, API strategy/governance, and customer service skills
