📋 Description

• Build tooling, extensions, and plugins that improve the developer experience on Runpod, and instrument them to measure impact • Deliver talks at developer and AI developer conferences and build relationships with organizers and attendees • Build as users build to identify pain points and bugs • Design and run scalable content, events, and community programs • Maintain a consistent presence in developer communities and share insights with Product and relevant teams • Develop the DevRel plan, prioritize integrations and frameworks, and independently build solutions to onboarding gaps • Transform hands-on Runpod platform experience into technical demos and content • Help accelerate onboarding, reduce friction, drive product usage, and shape product direction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience writing code in Python, JavaScript, or Go • Experience as a software engineer • Technical credibility and ability to build, demonstrate, and discuss real platform implementations deeply • Experience creating technical content such as demos, documentation, tutorials, or sample applications for developers • Track record of building integrations or contributing to open-source projects in an ML/AI framework, SDK, or tooling ecosystem • Comfortable working with high autonomy and independently shipping fixes • Familiarity with GPU compute, ML infrastructure, or AI engineering workflows • Ability to regularly attend events and conferences in person • Ability to speak publicly on behalf of a developer-facing product • Successful completion of a background check • Eligible to work in the United States; Runpod is currently unable to sponsor employment visas • Preferred: strong written voice • Preferred: ability to create technically deep videos • Preferred: familiarity with AI libraries and frameworks, agent frameworks, ML infrastructure, and GPU workloads
