📋 Description

• Provide executive mentoring, coaching or subject-matter specialist consulting services • Help professionals strengthen performance, develop judgement and prepare for greater responsibility • Provide longer-term guidance on career direction, organisational challenges, judgement and broader responsibilities • Provide structured support for short-term skill development and performance improvement • Help participants establish objectives, practise new approaches and review progress • Address communication, delegation, stakeholder relationships, leadership behaviours or readiness for defined responsibilities • Provide focused functional, technical or business expertise • Explain methods, examine decisions, review work or help participants apply unfamiliar knowledge • Prepare thoroughly and deliver relevant, actionable guidance • Support development objectives aligned with clients’ internal programmes • Review progress and raise concerns when the match or scope needs to change • Work as an independent contractor to Rutherford International on agreed assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced executives, professional coaches and subject-matter specialists • Current or former executives with relevant leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to develop others • Professional coaches able to explain their methods, qualifications and evidence of contribution • Senior functional and technical specialists able to translate expertise into practical learning • Experienced consultants interested in supporting enterprise-sponsored development • Ability to listen, explain, challenge appropriately and adapt approach to another person’s needs • Demonstrated functional expertise, knowledge, judgement and relevant experience • Development capability to mentor, coach or teach effectively within the service offered • Service orientation and interpersonal capacity to support another person’s progress • Professional history, qualifications, references and examples of developmental work may be assessed • Must disclose conflicts and work within professional competence • Must respect confidentiality and agreed information-sharing boundaries • Must maintain accurate timesheets and submit them through the agreed process
