📋 Description

• Lead daily last mile operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery • Oversee route execution, service provider performance, and resolution of delivery issues, claims, and customer escalations • Manage service provider settlements, payables, deductions, and controllable expenses to support financial performance • Drive customer satisfaction through strong VOC results, claims management, and continuous process improvement • Lead, coach, and develop employees while managing staffing, scheduling, and performance • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies • Monitor key performance metrics and implement action plans to improve service, productivity, quality, and profitability • Communicate operational results, risks, and opportunities to leadership and support strategic market initiatives
