📋 Description

• Drive new customer onboarding in launched and pilot markets with the Sales and Marketing team • Visit prospects and set them up on the Tapped Trailers platform • Verify customer requirements, including insurance and DOT requirements • Resolve platform and transaction complaints and propose solutions for DOT violations, accidents, breakdowns, and related issues • Maintain customer satisfaction around rental transactions across multiple markets • Hold customer feedback sessions and incorporate feedback • Monitor trailer inventory and customer profiles for accuracy • Support strategic planning and presentation of results to Ryder’s Executive Team • Monitor and maintain yield pricing in target markets • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Transportation, or equivalent experience • Two (2) years or more of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Operations • Proven track record of onboarding new customers • Trailer or equipment industry experience is a plus, but not required • Advanced-level knowledge of Ryder’s rental product line • Ability to travel 10–20%, typically about once a quarter for a local sales blitz • Ability to verify insurance and DOT requirements • Ability to monitor trailer inventory, customer profiles, and yield pricing accurately
