📋 Description

• Conduct IT current-state assessments, including application inventory, workflows, and organizational structure. • Perform healthcare IT benchmarking by collecting, analyzing, and comparing data such as staffing ratios, costs, and processes. • Support data strategy initiatives, including data evaluation, structuring, and alignment with business objectives. • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all analysis and client deliverables. • Identify gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunities using data-driven insights. • Support development of data models, financial models, ROI frameworks, and prioritization matrices. • Create client-facing presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel. • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in IT Strategy, Healthcare Consulting, IT Advisory, or Data Strategy roles • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data modelling, and benchmarking • Experience in IT assessments and healthcare consulting engagements • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and executive summaries • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Good to Have: Experience working with US healthcare clients • Good to Have: Exposure to IT transformation or strategy projects
