📋 Description

• Advise and support graduates and participants in the Digital Sales Manager training program with their professional integration • Support participants as they transition into the job market and help them find suitable positions in Digital Sales • Assist with preparing application materials, including résumés and cover letters, and prepare participants for job interviews • Conduct workshops and group coaching sessions to prepare participants for the application process and their entry into Digital Sales • Actively research job opportunities and build relationships with relevant companies and HR departments • Use applicant tracking systems and digital networks, such as LinkedIn and XING, to support participants’ transition into the job market • Build and maintain a network of employers and partners in the Digital Sales sector • Monitor the job market and identify new trends and opportunities for participants

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, career advising, or a similar field • Experience supporting professional integration and placing graduates in the job market • Experience working with participants in professional development or retraining programs is a plus • A completed degree, vocational qualification, or comparable qualification in business, human resources management, psychology, or another relevant field • Familiarity with the application process, preparing application materials, and interview preparation • Experience using applicant tracking systems, researching job opportunities, and working with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and XING • Excellent communication skills and empathy, with the ability to address participants’ individual needs • Highly motivated, well organized, and able to work independently • A strong understanding of the Digital Sales market, with excellent networking and business development skills • Very good German language skills (C1 level); English skills are desirable
