📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth and profitability across the local entity • Hold Vertical and functional leaders accountable for sales ambition, pipeline quality, and conversion • Ensure the country revenue plan reflects the full market potential, including AI transformation offerings • Translate sa.global’s global strategy, operating model, and transformation agenda into a locally relevant execution plan • Oversee the quality, margin, and timeliness of project and service delivery within the country • Act as escalation point for significant client matters • Ensure delivery teams are resourced, capable, and aligned with evolving service offerings • Champion adoption of AI-powered tools, offerings, and delivery methods • Ensure the country organisation can sell, deliver, and operate in an AI-augmented model • Own legal entity and regulatory compliance, including employment legislation, tax, health and safety, and corporate governance • Own works council and union relations where applicable • Lead workforce planning, organisational design, talent development, and cultural alignment • Integrate Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Support across the geography • Connect local execution with global functions to prevent duplication and resolve conflicts • Represent sa.global externally with clients, Microsoft field teams, partners, and industry bodies • Serve as the senior in-market representative of sa.global’s brand, values, and strategic direction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and capability to operate as a general manager across commercial performance, delivery quality, people capability, and client relationships • Ability to operate in a matrix with shared accountability across Vertical and functional leaders • Commercial discipline and ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, sales ambition, pipeline quality, and conversion • Ability to translate global strategy, operating models, and transformation agendas into local execution • Experience overseeing project and service delivery quality, margin, timeliness, resourcing, and client outcomes • Genuine curiosity about AI and its implications for the business, clients, and teams • Ability to navigate regulatory requirements, cultural nuance, works council dynamics, and global processes • Ability to lead workforce planning, organisational design, talent development, and cultural alignment • Ability to build relationships with clients, Microsoft field teams, partners, and industry bodies • Ability to ensure compliance with employment legislation, tax, health and safety, and corporate governance requirements
