📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and capture business development opportunities across National Intelligence customers • Define and execute winning capture strategies for Engineering, Mission Integration, Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA), and AI/ML opportunities • Lead multidisciplinary teams pursuing and securing key opportunities • Collaborate with operations teams, Market/Account leaders, technical experts, and proposal center staff to develop compelling solutions • Drive development of compliant, compelling, and competitive proposal materials • Build and maintain trusted relationships with NRO, NGO, and other stakeholders before RFP release • Oversee and balance a diverse pipeline of capture opportunities across technologies and agencies • Manage resources, schedules, budgets, and risks while maintaining accountability for opportunity progress • Monitor defense and intelligence technology trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years in capture management, business development, or related roles supporting large government contracts • A Bachelor's degree • Track record of pursuing, capturing, and winning large-scale opportunities within the National Intelligence sector • Strong experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a capture or business development environment • Familiarity with Mission Systems Integration, IT Modernization, Cloud Computing, and Systems Engineering • Active or ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility with CI Poly or Full Scope Poly • Ability to develop and implement innovative capture strategies addressing complex challenges and competitive procurements • Preferred: Comprehensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS and associated acquisition lifecycles, including OTAs and CSOs • Preferred: Experience developing pricing for cost-type and firm-fixed-price contracts • Preferred: Expertise in engineering and SETA-type contracts in the Intel Space environment
