🎯 Requirements

• Experience is welcome but not required • Organized, compassionate, and eager to grow • Empathetic and clear communicator • Active listening and ability to make others feel at ease during difficult conversations • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple patients at different stages • Comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot • Interest in mental health and healthcare access • Must be based in Canada • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours • Willingness to work one of the listed shifts: Monday–Friday, Wednesday–Sunday, or Saturday–Wednesday, with 11 a.m.–8 p.m. ET or 12 p.m.–9 p.m. ET schedules
