📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Empathetic and clear communication skills • Active listening and ability to handle difficult or emotional conversations • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple patients at different stages • Comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot • Ability to quickly learn new software • Interest in mental health and healthcare access • Candidates must be based in Canada • Comfort working Eastern Time Zone hours • Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is welcome but not required
