📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families reaching out to Sailor Health • Guide older adults and caregivers through the intake process • Provide warm, clear, and professional patient support • Coordinate care and help patients match with the right therapist • Provide emotional guidance and reassurance throughout the intake journey • Help patients feel supported, understood, and confident entering care • Manage multiple patients at different stages of the process • Take initiative and help shape key processes within a small, agile team

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Canada • Strong empathy and clear communication skills • Active listening and ability to handle difficult or emotional conversations • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple patients at different stages • Comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot • Ability to quickly learn new software • Interest in mental health and healthcare access • Healthcare, customer service, or administrative support experience is welcome but not required • Willingness to work Eastern Time Zone hours • Ability to work one of the listed 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET or 12 p.m.–9 p.m. ET shifts • Required application materials include a resume and introductory video
