📋 Description

• Serve as a dedicated support resource and go-to contact for Sailor Health’s therapist and clinician provider network • Manage inbound provider emails about support requests, caseload questions, technical troubleshooting, provider-patient matching, and payroll/benefits questions • Resolve issues within scope and escalate matters outside scope, such as payroll processing, to the appropriate lead • Answer provider calls in real time regarding logistical, technical, or patient-related issues • Track provider requests, holds, and follow-ups through resolution • Proactively contact providers to check in, understand their needs, and identify ways to improve support for their work and caseloads • Deliver warm, professional, solutions-first customer service to providers

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Canada • Full-time availability • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours • Availability for Monday-Friday 9am–6pm ET, with occasional flexibility to work past 6pm ET when provider support requires it • Extremely organized with airtight follow-through • Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity • Sound judgment regarding urgency and ownership • Warm, empathetic communication style • Ability to troubleshoot technology issues • Ability to manage provider caseload support, provider-patient matching, and payroll/benefits questions • Ability to resolve issues within scope and escalate issues outside scope • Ability to create structure in evolving startup processes
