📋 Description

• Serve as the primary enablement liaison and trusted advisor to all levels of sales leaders in the EMEA region. • Develop a tailored enablement strategy that drives performance and aligns with global initiatives. • Build collaborative relationships with all levels of the sales organization. • Lead the localization and delivery of global enablement programs. • Personally deliver high-impact workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtually. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of SailPoint's value proposition and key narratives. • Work with the global Enablement Data & Insights Team to track key metrics that measure impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in sales enablement • The ability to think strategically and translate business goals into a clear, actionable enablement strategy. • Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Exceptional ability to simplify complex platform messaging into inspirational narratives. • A natural relationship builder with high emotional intelligence. • The ability to challenge the status quo and navigate complex dynamics gracefully. • Fluent written and spoken Spanish, German or French is desirable.
