📋 Description

• Clear overnight texts and voicemails • Call every new lead within five minutes • Work follow-up sequences by call and text until every lead has been spoken to • Close homeowners on same-day or next-day in-home appointments with licensed specialists • Book appointments and provide field reps with a voice-note game plan • Coordinate with field reps when appointments move or details change • Hand qualified, interested homeowners to state-licensed field representatives • Report directly to the founder • Work closely with field representatives

🎯 Requirements

• US-based • Fluent, natural English • Experience on the phone with homeowners or consumers in inbound sales, appointment setting, solar, home improvement, insurance, or similar • Ethical and honest approach • Ability to build trust quickly and communicate calmly and credibly by phone • Entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to work Pacific business hours • Must work as an independent contractor • Offshore candidates are not eligible
