📋 Description
• Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers in change management best practices • Conduct change impact, readiness, and barrier analyses • Develop and execute holistic change strategies • Lead change management activities such as needs analysis and training planning • Drive stakeholder alignment and engagement • Coach senior leaders on best practices • Integrate methodologies into the Human-Centered Change roadmap • Collaborate with program management teams to integrate change strategies • Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of industry experience in customer-facing roles leading complex experience-led engagements • Core Competencies in Human-Centered Change, Business Value, or Design Thinking • Deep knowledge of change management principles and methodologies • Application of AI tools in Human-Centered Change services delivery • Holds the Prosci® Change Management Certification • BA/BS or MA/MS in a related field, or equivalent experience • Willingness to travel when required (up to 25-30% of the time) • Candidates must be a United States citizen
