📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients • Lead internal critical initiatives to grow the consulting practice • Contribute to the community knowledge base and expertise • Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies • Present complex concepts and provide creative, prescriptive thinking • Identify and proactively manage risks through resolution • Manage customer expectations and negotiate complex solutions with customers and third-party partners • Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts • Work with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions • Contribute to program vision and advise on strategies involving the Salesforce Platform • Provide technical oversight and execution leadership on large-scale, mission-critical engagements • Mentor Salesforce teams and Federal clients • Drive architectural excellence, strategic customer alignment, and a high-performance team culture

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform, including Core Sales/Services, within Public Sector • Strong application design skills • Strong data, integration, and security architecture skills • Strong presentation skills and ability to defend a point of view to varied audiences • Ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to develop audience-appropriate materials • Ability to connect with people in diverse roles • Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration • Resourceful and innovative problem-solving ability • Ability to obtain and maintain the specific U.S. Government security clearance required for the role • U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized) required • Acceptable background investigation results • Metro DC located • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications preferred • Experience in public sector digital transformation initiatives preferred • Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (Agentforce Public Sector) preferred • Hands-on experience with Omni Studio preferred • Application design and development background preferred • Travel may be required depending on client requirements
