📋 Description

• Develop and implement HR reporting governance, standards, and best practices across HR systems • Manage the ServiceNow reporting request queue • Deliver Workday reports, data extracts, and analyses through requirements gathering, testing, stakeholder approval, and release processes • Lead enterprise-wide HR data audits and data quality initiatives • Establish and maintain governance processes and controls supporting HR data integrity, accuracy, and system health • Design and enhance manager and HR dashboards, hubs, and reporting solutions • Create and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards, including advanced, matrix, composite, worksheet, and trending reports • Analyze workforce and service delivery data to identify trends, risks, discrepancies, and opportunities • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, stakeholders, HR Technology teams, auditors, and project teams • Deliver reporting expertise, training, and data-driven solutions supporting organizational objectives

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree in computer science or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience • Workday certifications or equivalent years of hand-on experience • 3-5 years of experience with Workday reporting and dashboards • 2-3 years previous experience in Data & Reporting Governance • Experience supporting complex organizations and multi-system environments, delivering results on high-priority, high-visibility initiatives and projects • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies, with experience contributing to cross-functional project teams and achieving project objectives • Experience working in Agile environments, adapting to evolving priorities and supporting continuous improvement practices • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including requirements gathering and presenting information to diverse audiences • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, demonstrating adaptability, continuous learning, self-awareness, and commitment to professional development • Power BI, Tableau, and/or ServiceNow dashboards experience is considered an asset
