📋 Description

• Define and own the technical vision for AI-powered GTM systems across low-code automation and custom agentic AI builds • Create and publish reference architectures, design patterns, and decision frameworks for GTM engineering • Lead architectural design for complex GTM systems, integrations, agentic workflows, event processing, and data orchestration • Evaluate, select, and drive adoption of emerging AI tools, frameworks, and platforms • Serve as the technical authority on LLM orchestration, prompt safety, RAG, model context management, tool calling, multi-agent coordination, and responsible AI • Own integration architecture strategy, including APIs, event contracts, and data models • Establish governance, extensibility patterns, and operational standards for low-code automation • Partner with VP-level GTM stakeholders to create architectural roadmaps with trade-offs, timelines, and success criteria • Conduct architecture reviews and drive improvement in system design quality • Produce white papers, architecture decision records, and engineering wikis • Collaborate with GTM engineering leadership, Sales Ops, BizTech, and C-level stakeholders • Architect, prototype, and establish organization-wide patterns for GTM engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • 10+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production-grade backend systems • Minimum 3 years of Technical Lead experience • Experience personally building and deploying AI agents used by real end users • Hands-on proficiency with LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex • Experience designing and implementing RAG systems, including vector databases, retrieval strategies, chunking approaches, and embedding pipelines • Strong backend engineering fundamentals with Python and/or Node.js, FastAPI or equivalent, and asynchronous/event-driven architecture patterns • AWS experience with Bedrock, Lambda/serverless, SQS/SNS/EventBridge, or equivalent cloud-native infrastructure • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with non-technical business stakeholders • Ideal qualifications include LLM evaluation and observability tooling, sales/deal desk/finance workflow familiarity, FastMCP, LiteLLM or MCP, Salesforce data-source exposure, AI for GTM or RevOps background, mentoring or hiring experience, prompt engineering, model tuning, LLM provider knowledge, and full-stack development
