📋 Description

• Design, build, and run systems, processes and policies to scale the sales organization • Partner with senior go-to-market leaders to develop roadmaps and land initiatives • Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new tools, processes, and org structures • Drive operational strategies by owning process optimization, redesign, and creation of processes and policies • Streamline systems and processes by partnering with Salesforce Systems team; deliver business requirements and lead UAT testing • Intake, assess, and prioritize requests and improvement opportunities for roadmap planning • Design and implement operational metrics through quantitative analysis and qualitative insights • Act as a strategic bridge between sales leadership and other departments to transform business needs into initiatives • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales tools management or related roles • Proven success in managing tools for large sales teams (1,200+ users) • Strong project management skills with experience in implementation and ROI measurement • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and productivity software • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; MBA is optional • In depth Salesforce CPQ experience (preferred) • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator is a plus • Experience with Lead-to-Cash systems (Netsuite, SAP, etc) • Previous project/program management experience • Familiarity with Product Management and Six Sigma (plus) • Candidates must reside in the United States (excluding San Francisco Bay, NYC, and Washington, D.C. metro areas)
