📋 Description

• Advise and guide strategic customers throughout onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal • Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale enterprise customers • Own customer relationships and ensure successful solution deployment and adoption • Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health • Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology to executives and day-to-day users • Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product • Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams • Explain Samsara platform capabilities to customers across use cases • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role • Experience supporting or working with technical products • Experience with end-to-end system implementations • Strong priority management and emotional intelligence • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • Excellent consultative skills • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred • Experience serving and supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies preferred
