📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and leaders within designated accounts, with emphasis on supporting India-based teams • Act as strategic partner, employee champion, and change agent providing HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle • Build strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees in the Philippines and India and address HR inquiries on policies, benefits, compensation, performance, and employee relations • Maintain regular communication with leaders (monthly and bi-weekly check-ins) to ensure alignment on initiatives and increase HR visibility • Analyze employee survey results, develop targeted action plans, monitor progress, and report impact • Conduct manpower capacity planning, headcount forecasting, and partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment needs • Manage full performance management cycle including probationary reviews, annual appraisals, goal-setting, coaching, and PIPs • Identify organizational development needs, support organizational design and interventions to improve effectiveness • Lead employee engagement initiatives for India-based technology teams; plan and execute local events and measure effectiveness • Monitor attrition, develop retention strategies, conduct exit interviews, and provide insights to leadership • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, employee relations, difficult conversations, and conduct investigations when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive • People oriented and results driven • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics • Knowledge of HR systems and databases • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices • Degree in Human Resources or related field • Proactive stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
