📋 Description

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for ERP implementations • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with business stakeholders • Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle • Coordinate interrelated projects to ensure integrated solutions succeed • Act as the primary point of contact between business, technical teams, and third-party vendors • Facilitate regular stakeholder status meetings covering progress, risks, and milestones • Align stakeholder expectations and manage changes or escalations • Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, consultants, and testers • Provide guidance on roles, responsibilities, and timelines • Foster collaboration and communication to resolve issues quickly • Ensure implementation and configuration of ERP modules including Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Management • Coordinate user acceptance testing and training • Oversee data migration, integration efforts, and system upgrades • Create project charters, plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews • Track project metrics and performance and report KPIs to stakeholders • Monitor project expenses and manage the project budget • Manage external vendors and ERP implementation contracts

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing complex ERP or CRM implementations • At least 3-5 years of experience in SAP projects • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams • Experience managing both on-premises and cloud-based implementations • Deep understanding of SAP Ecosystem components (S4, Ariba, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud SAC) • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) • Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budgets in a dynamic environment • Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or Jira • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and adapt to changing project needs • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred • Must be able to work in Florida (state-wide remote)
