📋 Description

• Lead solution deployment & integration • Work directly with customers & drive adoption • Shape our deployment playbook & internal processes • Partner across Customer Success, Product & Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical role (e.g. deployment / implementation engineer, solutions engineer, software engineer, professional services, or similar) in a B2B or SaaS context. • Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations for external clients. • Comfortable with APIs, scripting (Python, JavaScript, Bash or similar) • Used to working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) • Solid understanding of basic networking and security concepts. • Highly organized and proactive, able to juggle multiple projects, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned. • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment, laying foundations for scalable processes rather than just following them. • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; able to discuss technical topics with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Bonus points if you have: experience in sports, media, broadcast or video workflows, a genuine passion for sports and technology.
