• Partner with EPD leadership to deeply understand the role that each hire plays in the organization • Full cycle recruitment of searches across all levels within the EPD organization, including recruitment on job profiles or processes that could be new to Scribe • Iterate on multi-channel sourcing strategies, market mappings and competitive talent analysis • Monitor pipeline data and communicate pipeline insights to hiring teams, proactively identifying any roadblocks and opportunities for process improvement, effectiveness and efficiency • Develop an extensive understanding of Scribe, and passionately and authentically pitch Scribe, our culture, our mission and our business
• 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on EPD • Minimum of 2 years of in-house experience at a fast-growing, early stage SaaS startup • Success in developing top of funnel strategies and sourcing passive technical talent • Proven skills at interviewing, assessing, and closing EPD talent across all levels • Knowledge of ATS systems and candidate sourcing tools (Ashby + Juicebox), and how leverage them in optimizing the recruiting process • Excitement to jump into a fast paced environment, juggling multiple priorities
