📋 Description

• Communicate with clients effectively and professionally • Support project managers in client meetings • Ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction • Develop GHG inventories, science-based targets, emissions reduction strategies, and other technical project work • Conduct materiality assessments, benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability strategy work • Help clients align with CSRD, SEC, IFRS, GRI, SASB, TCFD, and other sustainability reporting frameworks or regulatory requirements • Collaborate with technical and project management staff • Develop high-quality deliverables and complete work on time and within budget • Stay informed on sustainability and ESG reporting trends, regulations, and technical standards • Support project leads in meeting quality scopes of work on time and within budget

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field • 4+ years of equivalent work experience • 1+ year of experience in sustainability, energy management, engineering, or related field • Experience conducting technical assessments including greenhouse gas inventories • Complete fluency in English with professional written and verbal communication experience • Effective communication skills, including report writing and oral presentation • Strong organization and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams at once • Excellent analytical ability and fluency working with data • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and database management • Strong customer service and teamwork orientation • Initiative, good judgment, and ability to work independently under pressure in a changing environment • Master's Degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field preferred
