📋 Description

• Architect, develop, and maintain backend services and cloud infrastructure that power the Second Harvest Food Rescue App. • Design and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure. • Leverage Azure services (e.g., App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Key Vault, etc.) to enhance performance and reliability. • Develop and manage data pipelines and integrations with Microsoft Dynamics. • Maintain CI pipelines using Azure DevOps. • Collaborate with full-stack engineers to integrate backend services with React-based frontend. • Understand and utilize our design system (Material) to maintain consistency and enhance user experience when needed. • Apply best practices in cloud security, performance optimization, and system monitoring. • Use AI tools and automation to improve development workflows and code quality. • Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation. • Mentor other developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. • Perform other related duties as required or assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure, including architecture, deployment, and monitoring of cloud services. • 8+ years backend development experience with .NET. • Proven ability to design scalable, secure, cloud-native systems. • Strong experience with Azure databases (Cosmos DB, Azure SQL) and serverless computing. • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Meticulous approach to coding and system design to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Comfortable working in a collaborative, agile environment with an engineering team. • Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and driving innovation. • Passionate about using technology to drive social impact and sustainability.
