📋 Description

• Identify, analyze, and optimize operational processes within the organization • Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve performance • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements • Monitor outcomes and ensure the sustainability of improvements • Support process improvement initiatives for Sentara Health Plan, which provides health plan coverage and commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and other member programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED • 5 years of process improvement or healthcare management REQUIRED • Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (LSSBB) highly preferred • Health plan experience highly preferred • Availability to work 8am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday • Residence in one of the eligible states: Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming
