📋 Description

• Provide training and education to new and existing Sentec users. • Support new hire and ongoing sales training and development with the field sales and marketing organization. • Deliver onsite and virtual customer training and education, including curricula, processes, tools, and programs. • Articulate the clinical and economic value proposition of the technology across care providers. • Participate in product evaluations and installations. • Assess needs and provide comprehensive product education and hands-on training, including maintenance and troubleshooting. • Provide education and training to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts. • Deliver CE and non-CE presentations and in-person state and potential national society presentations. • Act as the subject matter expert for products in key market segments to support revenue growth goals. • Collaborate with local sales teams to coordinate customer education.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience. • Current RRT license is required. • Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred. • Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly preferred. • Existing In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred. • Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials. • Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must obtain any/all required vaccinations as appropriate for vendor credentialing
