• Provide administrative and clerical support within the assigned Patient Support Program • Process safety data, fulfillments/reviews, communications, field staff support, reports, data cleanup, meetings, filing-system maintenance, and general administrative tasks • Enter complete and high-quality data into database systems • Manage inbound faxes and email communications • Perform ad hoc administrative duties • Process pertinent program data received through different service contact points • Manage email, phone, and fax correspondence • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence • Prepare and send program letters and materials • Collaborate with the team on administrative duties • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes and template forms • Review program documentation for completeness and consistency to maintain data accuracy • Perform other duties assigned by the manager
• Grade 12 education combined with 2 years of community college, secretarial and/or equivalent work-related experience providing office administration services • Bilingualism (English and French) is preferred • Experience working with Patient Support Programs is an asset • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and customer service skills • Accurate data entry into paper and electronic forms • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment • High proficiency with information technology, Microsoft Office applications, phone systems, and databases • Typing skills and ability to use computer-based programs • Strong organizational skills and ability to cope with changing priorities • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling patient data and information • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • No specific years of experience are required because the posting provides an education/experience alternative without a minimum duration
