📋 Description

• Direct all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. • Provide technical leadership and hands-on development support using C#, .NET Core, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server. • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards, including code reviews, automated testing, and performance testing. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project priorities, timelines, and resource requirements. • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of quality software solutions. • Communicate project status, risks, and technical recommendations to leadership and business partners. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in development processes and technology. • Report directly to the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. • Drive the digital strategy from its initial stage to a fully developed AI-driven digital decisioning platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a software development environment. • Advanced experience with C#, .NET Core, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server. • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, software architecture, and quality assurance practices. • Experience managing software development projects and cross-functional teams. • Experience working with collections systems or within the collections industry. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
