📋 Description

• Deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis across multiple business entities. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including consolidated reporting. • Perform account reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger analysis. • Prepare financial reporting packages with variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year results. • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management. • Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-range plans. • Develop ad hoc financial analyses and reports for business initiatives and strategic decisions. • Collaborate with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights. • Support corporate income tax returns, external audits, accounting procedures, internal controls, and compliance. • Identify process improvements and participate in finance transformation and system improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. • Accounting designation (CMA, CGA or CA), or an equivalent combination of related experience and education. • Minimum of 5 years of financial analysis and accounting experience. • Experience with multiple lines of business and complex ownership structures. • Experience preparing and filing Canadian corporate income tax returns, including T2 returns, SRED, supporting schedules, tax reconciliations, and related compliance filings. • Working knowledge of NetSuite, Expensify, and Payworks is an asset. • Previous M&A and international expansion experience is an asset. • Advanced Excel skills, including building complex templates and formulas. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to work closely with senior management.
