📋 Description

• Architect, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems for enterprise identity security • Design and ship multi-agent systems with orchestration, tool use, planning loops, memory, and failure recovery • Shape architectural patterns, scalability guardrails, and strategic vision for autonomous enterprise security • Build agents that reason over Access Graph, Access Reviews, permission, and risk data • Own observability, human-in-the-loop controls, and compliance infrastructure for safe autonomous systems • Develop accurate, low-latency retrieval using RAG pipelines, semantic search, re-ranking, and evaluation • Collaborate with product, platform, and graph teams • Integrate frontier models and evaluate cost, latency, and capability trade-offs • Raise the technical bar through architecture decisions, code reviews, and coaching on agentic design and production AI practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience • Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems • Hands-on experience designing, shipping, and operating production agentic systems • Experience with multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, planning loops, memory, and failure recovery • Production-grade Python • Systems language experience in Go, Java, or C++ is a plus • Working experience with frontier AI SDKs, including Anthropic, Google, or OpenAI • Prompt engineering, structured outputs, and model evaluation in production settings • Familiarity with production RAG and retrieval patterns, including vector stores, hybrid search, and retrieval evaluation metrics • Track record of technical leadership, architecture ownership, code quality improvement, and mentoring • Deeper specialization in search and retrieval at scale or MLOps/model observability is nice to have • Published work or open-source contributions in agentic systems or retrieval is nice to have • Exposure to LLM fine-tuning or inference optimization in production is nice to have
