📋 Description

• Set the vision and product strategy for Enterprise Search and AI • Define strategy for search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and question-answering capabilities • Shape product narrative, secure executive buy-in, and deliver measurable business and customer impact • Guide engineering, ML research, UX research, and design partners through actionable requirements • Use customer pilots, user research, and market insights to drive user-centered innovation • Partner with product teams to embed search and GenAI capabilities throughout the ServiceNow ecosystem • Define and refine metrics for search and AI performance, relevance, and business value • Lead and mentor a team of 4+ Product Managers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building and leading high-performing product teams • 8+ years in software product management • Hands-on experience building search or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) products with measurable impact • Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and modern search technologies, including Moveworks, Glean, Elasticsearch, and Coveo • Ability to evaluate, integrate, and innovate on context awareness, data indexing, and relevance ranking • Track record of delivering high-quality, scalable features at speed • Deep empathy for users and ability to translate complex needs into customer-centric solutions • Expertise leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to validate hypotheses, guide strategy, and measure success • Strategic problem-solving and ability to communicate trade-offs clearly • Experience mentoring junior leaders and fostering cross-functional collaboration
