📋 Description

• Own a specific product initiative end to end, including value proposition, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch adoption • Create and deliver enablement for sales, solution consultants, and partners • Create practical customer adoption content, including industry thought leadership and technical how-to guides • Partner with DemoHub and Training teams on demo narratives and SNU courses • Manage usage definitions and trend analysis to identify adoption barriers and guide decisions • Articulate product value and differentiators • Collect, understand, and champion customer feedback to influence roadmap and strategy • Engage customers on design partnerships, roadmap conversations, and escalations • Brief analysts and respond to inquiries to establish market fit and inform strategy • Connect customers to reference programs and storytelling opportunities • Serve as the pod's go-to-market point of contact • Deliver standard bill-of-material commitments • Coordinate go-to-market for new innovations with pricing and packaging teams • Support strategic sales opportunities and partner with Deal Desk, Renewal, and Subscription Compliance teams • Collaborate with product management, design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Initiative ownership across the full product development lifecycle • HR domain understanding • Deep product fluency • Hands-on experience applying AI to product, workflow, or customer experience problems • Ability to explain AI value, limitations, and adoption path to technical and non-technical audiences • Go-to-market clarity, including positioning and customer journey articulation • Cross-functional translation across design, engineering, sales, marketing, and customers • 12+ years of experience in outbound product management, solution consulting, or product marketing in enterprise SaaS • Confidence presenting to customer executives, analysts, and large audiences • Comfort with data, including defining usage metrics and turning trends into recommendations • Prior experience as an HR practitioner (nice to have) • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (nice to have) • ServiceNow product certifications, such as CIS-HR (nice to have)
