📋 Description

• Partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to craft solutions balancing innovation, performance, and business impact • Champion responsible use of LLM frameworks, AI agents, and AI-driven access intelligence for enterprise identity and access use cases • Explore emerging identity and access management technologies and patterns • Architect, design, develop, optimize, and maintain AI-enabled Access Security features • Participate in architecture, design, quality, performance, maintainability, and code reviews • Integrate automated testing into development workflows • Mentor and guide engineers by sharing engineering practices and raising quality standards • Own end-to-end feature delivery from design and architecture through release, operational oversight, and ongoing stability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable backend services and AI-assisted workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in backend software development • Deep hands-on experience building complex enterprise production software • Practical experience integrating AI, ML, or LLM capabilities into production workflows • Strong proficiency in Golang and other key programming languages such as Python or Java • Strong architectural vision • Expertise designing and implementing RESTful, GraphQL, and gRPC APIs • Strong proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL • Experience with graph technologies such as Neo4j • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization • Proven track record leading major, cross-functional technical projects from conception to launch • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Prior experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), IGA, and PAM solutions preferred • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes preferred • Hands-on familiarity with LLM frameworks and provider libraries such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google preferred • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines preferred
