📋 Description

• Build and own the field marketing strategy, including event formats, target segments, and success metrics • Design outreach strategies and event experiences to attract new prospects • Apply account-based marketing principles to identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts • Build testing and optimization frameworks for outreach and event formats • Partner with and influence regional sales leadership and drive pre- and post-event follow-through • Lead the full lifecycle of net-new and existing-pipeline field events, from strategy and budget through onsite execution and reporting • Create a repeatable playbook with event formats, invitation strategies, sales enablement kits, and follow-up cadences • Manage and mentor event planners and coordinators • Measure and report event performance against pipeline and revenue goals and prove ROI • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field • 12+ years of total experience in marketing and events • 5+ years of deep expertise in sales-driven field events • Proven track record of building a field marketing program from the ground up, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company • Proven track record of designing outreach and event experiences that attract net-new prospects • Strong fluency in account-based marketing (ABM) • Experience managing significant program budgets, such as $1M+ annually, and demonstrating clear ROI • Strong leadership and influence skills, including aligning with sales leaders who do not report to you • Direct experience managing and mentoring event planners or coordinators • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on event execution • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and relevant buyer personas • Strong analytical rigor and experience owning pipeline and ROI metrics • Experience using Salesforce and Tableau for attribution and conversion tracking • Exceptional communication skills and collaborative approach • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Willingness to perform physical event tasks, including moving supplies and setting up activations • Willingness to travel up to 25% annually and work some weekends or after hours as needed • Nice to have: experience with Salesforce or Marketo marketing automation/CRM tools • Nice to have: experience launching net-new programs
