📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for software engineering positions (such as Senior Software Engineer, Staff Software Engineer, Architect) to meet hiring goals while maintaining best-in-class candidate experience • Ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated throughout the steps in the entire hiring process • Source and attract active and passive candidates from various resources, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, networking events, etc. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals while adhering to recruiting processes and procedures • Be accountable to yourself, your team, your hiring leaders, and your candidates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ year(s) of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency, start-up, or corporate environment • Proficiency with Google Suite (docs, sheets, calendar, etc.) • Experience using modern recruiting tools: ATS systems (we use Workday), LinkedIn, Indeed, Hiretual, etc. • Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods • A sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while juggling multiple high-priority positions • Ability to source highly technical candidates for software engineering roles • Experience working with the Polish candidate pool, knowledge of the local industry
